1. Purchase Contract
This website is operated by Ayten Gasson Ltd. All purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions governing any given purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order. If you order goods after we have published changes, you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each order to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.
We will confirm acceptance of your order either by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, or by sending an email to the email address you have provided to us. We may do both, in which case the acceptance will occur on whichever arrives first. At this point, the purchase contract will be made, and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
2. Prices
All prices are in UK Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, at the current rate. The price of the goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order (usually by clicking the "checkout" button), subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable.
If you subsequently amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the amended item(s) at the time that the amended order is confirmed. Please note that as promotions are offered for a limited period of time, subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered.
The price of the goods does not include a charge for delivery outside of the UK. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
3. Availability
Although we endeavour to hold stock of all the items advertised for sale on our site, this cannot be guaranteed. By acknowledging receipt of your order, we are not creating a binding contract to supply items that we do not have in stock. Products that are out of stock will be highlighted on the website.
In the event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will advise you of our position when we receive your order, and we will await your subsequent instructions.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items: Please note we are not currently taking any orders for bespoke items.
4. Delivery
Orders will normally be dispatched within 4 working days from receiving your order confirmation and payment. Wherever possible, orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Delivery Timeframes:
- UK destinations: 1-3 working days
- Europe: 3-5 working days
- All other areas worldwide: 5-10 working days (please allow up to 21 days for delivery)
We will always do our best to inform you about any delays.
Tracking: All orders are sent with tracking information. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Local Collection: We offer local collection from our Brighton Lingerie Studio by appointment. Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.

5. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, with original packaging and tags intact, and hygiene seals (where applicable) unbroken.
How to Return:
- Contact us at info@aytengasson.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- We will email you our return address and any additional instructions
- Please obtain proof of postage from the post office (a free service) as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 48 hours to your original payment method.
Exchange Processing: If you've requested an exchange, we will dispatch your replacement item within 4 working days of receiving your return.
Your Statutory Rights: Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for online purchases.

6. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:

- Other payment methods are displayed at checkout
All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Your personal information will be used to process your order, communicate with you about your purchase, and improve our services. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and photographs, is the property of Ayten Gasson Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.
9. Warranty and Liability
Product Quality: We take great care in crafting our luxury lingerie. All items are handmade in Brighton using premium materials. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@aytengasson.com.
Limitation of Liability: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, nor will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights.
We will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, or war.
Other than as set out above, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.
10. Product Care
Our luxury silk and lace lingerie requires special care to maintain its quality:
- Hand wash only in cool water with a gentle detergent
- Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron directly on lace
- Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight
- Store in a cool, dry place

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
