Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and in perfect condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Hygiene seals (where applicable) must be unbroken

How to Return:

  1. Contact us at info@aytengasson.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  3. We will email you our return address and any additional instructions
  4. Please obtain proof of postage from the post office (a free service) as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
  5. If you are sending back a return from outside the UK, you must state that the package is RETURNED MERCHANDISE on the customs forms. This means we will not incur a customs fee. If you fail to do this, the custom fee will be deducted from your refund.  

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchange Processing: If you've requested an exchange, we will dispatch your replacement item within 2-3 working days of receiving your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
