Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in perfect condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Hygiene seals (where applicable) must be unbroken
How to Return:
- Contact us at info@aytengasson.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- We will email you our return address and any additional instructions
- Please obtain proof of postage from the post office (a free service) as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit
- If you are sending back a return from outside the UK, you must state that the package is RETURNED MERCHANDISE on the customs forms. This means we will not incur a customs fee. If you fail to do this, the custom fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchange Processing: If you've requested an exchange, we will dispatch your replacement item within 2-3 working days of receiving your return.
