Important Info for EU & International Customers - IOSS
We are now registered under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) system, which simplifies the process of buying from us if you're based in the EU. This means all applicable VAT is collected at the point of purchase, so you won’t face any unexpected charges or delays when your order arrives—no customs handling fees or surprise taxes at delivery.
If your EU order is under €150, taxes will be included at checkout, so you won’t face unexpected customs fees or handling charges on delivery.
If your EU order is €150 or more, taxes won’t be charged at checkout. Instead, you’ll need to pay them as part of a customs fee upon delivery. Unfortunately, this is out of my control and it’s the customer’s responsibility to pay them. If you’d like to avoid this, we suggest placing two separate orders under €150 each.
For orders to the USA, the de minimis exemption still allows duty-free imports from the UK for orders under $800. This means orders under $800 won’t be impacted by new tariffs.
For international customers elsewhere, your order may be subject to customs or import duties, which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions. We will do our best to help.
