Visit Our Brighton Studio

Our studio at 21 Old Steine, Brighton BN1 1EL is open to the public Tuesday to Friday, 11am–5pm throughout November, and Monday to Saturday in December, until 5pm on Christmas Eve.

Our studio is both a creative workspace and an open door for those who appreciate craftsmanship and wish to see the making process up close. You’ll also find a selection of ready to shop lingerie and accessories available exclusively in the studio.

If you pass by while I’m sewing, please do knock. I’d be delighted to welcome you in and share a glimpse behind the scenes.


Click & Collect

For your convenience, you’re welcome to order online and collect in person from our Brighton studio. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready, typically within 2–3 working days, beautifully prepared and ready for you.

Extended Returns Policy

We understand the importance of flexibility during the festive season. Our returns window has been extended from 30 days to 90 days, meaning orders placed from 1st November 2025 may be returned for a full refund up until Friday, 31st January 2026.

To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas:

  • UK customers: please order by Friday, 19th December 2025

  • International customers: please order by Monday, 15th December 2025

We’ve added a ‘Gift Options’ feature at checkout, allowing you to add a personal message which we’ll handwrite and include within the gift box — or request a gift receipt for peace of mind.

A Final Word

We recommend placing your orders as early as possible to allow for seasonal delivery delays. Reduced air capacity, increased postal volumes, and winter weather may affect services from Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD, and DHL.
