UK Delivery:
We aim to dispatch items within 2-3 working days of receiving your order confirmation and payment. If you need your items asap, please email us so we can try our best to accommodate your needs. UK orders have the option to choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed (£5.65), which aims to deliver next working day or Royal Mail Tracked 48 Signed (£4.79), which aims to deliver within two working days. You will receive an email and SMS once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your package. We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £180 using Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. Find out why we use this service here: https://www.aytengasson.com/pages/why-we-use-royal-mails-tracked-24-signed-service-for-your-orders
Click & Collect:
You are welcome to place your order online and collect from our Brighton studio at Pier Werks, 21-22 Old Steine, Brighton, BN1 1EL. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect, which will be within 2-3 working days.
International Delivery:
We are happy to confirm that all our lingerie, nightwear and accessories comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) (Regulation EU 2023/988), so we are now shipping to the EU. You can read more about our GPSR compliance here: https://www.aytengasson.com/pages/gpsr-compliance
Orders to the EU cost a flat fee of £11.80 for Royal Mail's Tracked & Signed service.
Orders to the USA cost a flat fee of £22.00 for UPS Express Saver service.
We're limiting the destinations we serve due to the disproportionately high shipping costs for some regions. If your country isn't available, please contact us to discuss alternative shipping options. You will be sent a tracking number along with a confirmation that your order has been shipped within 2-3 working days of your order being placed.
Duties, Customs & Taxes:
If your EU order is under €150, taxes will be included at checkout, so you won’t face unexpected customs fees or handling charges on delivery.
If your EU order is €150 or more, taxes won’t be charged at checkout. Instead, you’ll need to pay them as part of a customs fee upon delivery. Unfortunately, this is out of my control, and it’s the customer’s responsibility to pay them. If you’d like to avoid this, we suggest placing two separate orders under €150 each.
For orders to the USA: Previously, the U.S. de minimis exemption allowed duty-free imports from the UK for orders under $800. However, recent changes affect UK retailers:
-
10% Baseline Tariff: Effective April 5, 2025, most UK goods exported to the U.S. now face a 10% tariff, increasing the cost of products for U.S. customers.
-
Removal of De Minimis Exemption: Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. will eliminate the exemption that allowed duty-free imports for goods under $800. This means all shipments, regardless of value, will be subject to customs duties and fees.
For international customers elsewhere, your order may be subject to customs or import duties, which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions. We will do our best to help.
Lastly, if your package is held at a post office and you’re notified to collect it, please make sure to do so within the stated time. If the item is returned to me, it will be treated as a return, and only the cost of the item can be refunded. Postage cannot be reimbursed.
