Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch items within four working days of receiving your order confirmation and payment. If you need your items asap please email us so we can try our best to accommodate your needs. All UK deliveries are sent First Class Signed For via Royal Mail (£5), and usually arrive with two to three working days. A signature will be needed upon delivery. We can also offer a next day delivery service via Royal Mail, which costs £9.

European and International deliveries are sent Tracked & Signed via Royal Mail and usually take up to 4 - 7 days to Europe and can take up to 10 - 14 days to reach the rest of the world. This service costs £12 to Europe and £15 to the rest of the world. Canada, Mexico and the US can also request Fed Ex delivery for £25. We are able to track your order for you, so if you have any concerns please feel free to contact us at any time via email or by using our contact page. Your order may be subject to customs or import duties which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You will be sent a tracking number along with a confirmation that your order has been shipped within 4 working days of your order being placed. 

Unwanted Items

If, upon receiving the items, you are not completely satisfied with your products you are welcome to a full refund or exchange. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at within 28 days of receipt, providing the item is unworn and in perfect condition. When emailing us, could you please state your order number, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. Once we receive your email we will email you the address to send your return to. Refunds are issued as soon as we have received and checked the items. This is usual done on the same day. 

We suggest that you ask for a receipt of postage from the post office. This is a free service that the post office provides and proves that your item has been sent as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. We do not cover the cost of posting returns, unless the return is due to an error on our part.  

If you are sending back a return from outside the UK you must state the package is RETURNED MERCHANDISE on the customs forms. This means we will not incur a customs fee. If you fail to do this the custom fee will be deducted from your refund.
