It is a worrying time with our focus on our health, our loved ones - and our community. With daily changes to what we are advised to do and limited knowledge of what position the UK will be in in the coming months, I have put together some information on how we will continue to run our label and boutique.
For the moment our Seven Dials boutique is open as usual but I may change to appointment only in the coming weeks. I would advise our lovely customers to call or email first to check someone is in the boutique before making your way. As a parent, it is likely I will be working from home if the schools close. Until then I will continue to make sure our space is clean and ensure that I am following all government guidelines relating to the virus. A lot of small businesses will struggle over the coming weeks so please - if you can - support your local cafes, restaurants, online businesses and shops. Like and share posts, comment and tag your friends. Let's help promote all the awesome and hardworking businesses we love!
I am lucky enough to have a studio set up in my home as well as in the boutique, so any website orders will be processed as normal. I will be working hard to get lots of gorgeous new lingerie on the website using the silks, laces, and trims I have in stock. As the owner of a small business, a parent, and with family over 70, this is a very scary time. It can be hard to process what is happening around the world and where my focus should be. Ayten Gasson Lingerie was launched nearly 16 years ago and I truly love what I do, so it will be business as usual for as long as possible. I have been touched by the wonderful messages of support from my customers and other business owners - and by those who have continued to place orders - so thank you!
