We aim to dispatch orders within 4 working days. You can find out more about delivery here.

Since 1st January 2020, the UK has no longer been part of the EU. This means orders sent overseas from our Brighton studio may be subject to customs or import duties. This will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Legally these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be - as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. All our full price lingerie items will be gift wrapped free of charge in a luxury gift box. All sale items will not come gift boxed unless they are bought alongside our full price lingerie.

We understand that not all orders may require a gift box, so you can now opt-out of our gift wrapping service by selecting 'No Gift Wrap' from the 'Gift Options' section in your cart. 

Within this section, you can also choose to add a gift note to your order, as well as a gift receipt. 

If, upon receiving the items, you are not completely satisfied with your products you are welcome to a full refund or exchange. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at info@aytengasson.com and return the items within 30 days of receipt, providing the item is unworn and in perfect condition. When emailing us, could you please state your order number, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. Once we receive your email we will email you the address to send your return to. Refunds are issued as soon as we have received and checked the items. This is usually done on the same day.
