Extended returns policy:
We have extended our returns policy from 30 days to 90 days. This means any orders placed from the 1st November 2023 can be returned for a full refund up until Tuesday 30th January 2024 - Normal exclusions apply.

Last order dates for Christmas delivery:
For our UK customers we recommend ordering no later than Tuesday 19th December 2023.
For our international customers we would suggest you order no later than Wednesday 13th December 2023.
Gift wrapping:
All our full price lingerie will arrive gift wrapped free of charge in our luxury gloss white gift boxes tied with our gold branded ribbon.
Free UK delivery:
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £180.
Added extras:
We have introduced ‘Gift Options’ to our website, which can be selected when viewing your cart. Within the gift options, you can add a gift note, which we will write out and include in the gift box. We can also include a gift receipt, which is another service you can select.
Final Note:
We suggest you place your order as early as possible, giving extra time for your package to reach you. Reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions can all impact Royal Mail, FedEx, DPD and DHL. If there is anything you would like to discuss with us before placing your order, such as custom and import duties for our international customers, please feel free to get in touch.
