UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch items within two working days of receiving your order confirmation and payment. All UK deliveries are sent recorded post, and usually arrive with two to three working days. A signature will be needed upon delivery. All UK deliveries are £3.75. If you prefer your items to be sent via Royal Mail's next day delivery service, just change the delivery option at the checkout. This service has an additional fee of £6.00.
European and International Delivery
European and International deliveries are sent Airsure Signed For and usually take up to 5 days. We have found that some orders to the US can take up to 10 days. We are able to track your order for you, so if you have any concerns please feel free to contact us at any time via email info@aytengasson.com or by using our contact page. Your order may be subject to customs or import duties which are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Unwanted Items
If, upon receiving the items, you are not completely satisfied with your products you are welcome to a full refund or exchange. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us via email at info@aytengasson.com within 14 days of receipt, providing the item is unworn and in perfect condition. When emailing us, could you please state your order number, your reason for return and if a refund or exchange is preferred. Once we receive your email we will email you the address to send your return to.
We suggest that you ask for a receipt of postage from the post office. This is a free service that the post office provides and proves that your item has been sent as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Any items bought during the Christmas period (22nd November to the 24th December 2011) can be returned up until the 31st January 2012.
