UK Delivery :
As each item is hand made, we expect to dispatch orders within 14days of receiving payment. All deliveries are sent recorded post and usually arrive with two working days. A signature will be needed upon delivery. Please contact us if you live outside of the UK on info@aytengasson.com
Unwanted Items :
If, upon receiving the items, you are not completely satisfied with your products you are welcome to a full refund or exchange. If you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us within 14days of receipt, providing the item is unworn and in perfect condition. Contact can be made via email at info@aytengasson.com .
When posting back the items, please include the receipt as proof of purchase.
We suggest that you receive a receipt of postage from the post office as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
